Due to the nature of our prints and canvas, all sales are final. By placing an order, you acknowledge that your print and canvas is made specifically for you and is not eligible for refunds, cancellations, or returns, except as outlined below.
PRODUCTION & SHIPPING
All prints and canvas are made to order and carefully packaged. Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS with tracking.
- Please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery from the date of order
- Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped
DAMAGE DURING SHIPPING (REPLACEMENT ONLY)
If your item arrives damaged, you must contact us at art@jessleewong.com within 3 days of confirmed delivery to request a replacement.
To process a replacement request, you must provide:
- Order number
- Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging
- Description of the issue
Failure to provide photo evidence within the required timeframe may result in denial of the claim.
Approved claims will be replaced only. Refunds will not be issued.
CONDITION REQUIREMENTS
We reserve the right to deny any replacement request if the item shows:
- Signs of misuse or mishandling
- Damage not caused during transit
- Alterations after delivery
All items must remain in original condition for claims to be approved.
CUSTOM ORDER POLICY
Once a custom order has been processed and production has begun, it cannot be modified, canceled, or refunded under any circumstances.
DELIVERY CONFIRMATION
All orders are shipped with tracking confirmation. Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, it is considered fulfilled.
- Lost or stolen packages after delivery
- Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
DISPUTES & CHARGEBACKS
By completing your purchase, you must agree to contact us directly to resolve any issue before initiating a dispute or chargeback with your bank or payment provider.
Filing a dispute or chargeback without first attempting resolution, or while retaining possession of the product, may be considered abuse of the chargeback process.
In the event of a chargeback, you authorize us to provide the following to Shift, Paypal, your bank, and the card network:
- Order confirmation and transaction records
- Proof of customization and production
- Shipping and delivery confirmation
- This policy as accepted at checkout
- Any communication between you and Jessica Wong
We reserve the right to:
- Deny future orders
- Recover funds for delivered goods not returned
- Pursue collection or legal remedies where appropriate
FRAUD PREVENTION
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order suspected of fraud, unauthorized activity, or policy abuse.
POLICY AGREEMENT
By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy, including the no-refund and chargeback terms.
